This 2024, the main focus of the townhall was to foster open communication between management and teams to update information, provide opportunities to ask questions & give feedback, and to ensure that everyone understands the organization's goals and value. The Townhall was held on 23(rd) February 2024 at The Westin Jakarta. Activities included 2022 reports, 2023 projection, brainstorming, leaders feedback session, and awards.
